SanibelLuxuryRealEstate.com is being created to introduce people hundreds or thousands of miles away -- perhaps not even in the United States -- to the real estate professionals who can best assist in exploring the special Florida barrier island communities of Sanibel and Captiva.

Sanibel Luxury Real Estate is published by Florida Luxury Real Estate and focuses on luxury estates -- and the real estate professionals who can help you find them -- in upscale communities around Florida.

Before these sites existed, prospective purchasers of million-dollar and multi-million-dollar properties had no easy way of determining which Realtors® or real estate brokers really specialized in serving the needs of high-end clients.

Internet search engines, in theory, should help people who type the name Sanibel Island or Captiva Island together with words like "luxury" or "oceanfront estate" find local Realtors® experienced in helping prospective purchasers with that type of property.

But the reality is that those Internet searches all-too-often yield the names of national companies with listings scattered all over the United States, or local real estate brokers who may -- or may not -- have the real estate expertise to match their computer savvy.

To try to assist high-net-worth individuals in navigating this Internet maze, we created SanibelLuxuryRealEstate.com and its sister sites.

Our first site was VeroBeachRealEstate.com, and our initial idea was to produce a simple guide for buyers seeking the Realtor® or real estate broker best equipped to help them find the perfect luxury estate, oceanfront or riverfront home, or golf and tennis community in the Florida seaside community of Vero Beach.

But this idea was so enthusiastically embraced by the Vero Beach luxury real estate community that we created an umbrella website -- FloridaLuxuryRealEstate.US -- and have begun publishing similar Internet guides to luxury estates and Realtors© for the best places in Florida.

While there are a couple dozen communities in Florida (a huge state) worthy of your consideration, we won't be providing listings for luxury properties elsewhere in the United States.

On SanibelLuxuryRealEstate.com and our other Florida websites, we only intend to help you with what we know. We know Florida, and what we know for sure is that Florida is the best place in the world in which to live.
